Overview
The foyer opens to a bright, vaulted great room with a soaring, modern tiled hearth. From the comfortable sitting area, you can admire the slopes and mountain ridgelines through floor-to-ceiling picturesque windows. Just behind you will find the formal dining area that can seat up to 8. Adjacent is the palatial chef’s kitchen which has been outfitted with all the essentials, top-of-the-line finishes, and professional-grade appliances.
The private main level main suite offers more views of the slopes, hot tub patio access, fireplace, an ensuite bath with dual vanities, large shower, and soaking tub. Guest suite two is also on the main floor with a king bed, views of the gondola, TV and an ensuite bath. Back out through the great room and up the staircase are four additional guest suites. Immediately up the stairs is the upper-level main suite. This large space has a king bed, mountain views, fireplace, TV, and an ensuite bath with dual sinks, a shower, and large soaking tub. The fourth, fifth and sixth guest suites on this level all offer a king bed, TV and an ensuite bath. Down on the lower level, adjacent the media and gaming area is the bunk room. This space can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, in two sets of twin-over-queen bunk beds, and shares a bath just across the hall.
Frostwood Gondola has plenty to entertain a large group. The lower level media and games room is equipped with a lounging area that features a flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and ping pong table. Back on the main level is a separate covered BBQ and private hot tub area. All these amenities are in addition to the phenomenal location of this home. During the winter months, you can hop on the Frostwood Gondola for a day out on the slopes and in the summer tee-up in your backyard at the exclusive Canyons Golf Course. Every detail of this mountain contemporary home has been curated to offer a polished and seasonal haven for the year-round traveler.
