The villa features an inviting and practical environment thanks to plush and generous upholstered seating, golden-wood furniture with wrought iron elements, soft fabrics, and pastel paint on the wall. With a combo floor plan including the dining and sitting areas, equipped with a large TV and stereo system, the contemporary living room exudes comfort and ease. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow natural light in and provide access to both the furnished lounge front-patio and the pool. The sun-drenched fully equipped eat-in kitchen faces the back of the house and it serves both the rear and the front outdoor dining areas.

Several other outdoor spaces are equipped to be enjoyed alfresco, including the rear yard with a comfortable dining table with built-in benches.
