Spectacular villa with amazing ambiance. Food and service is remarkable! Food cost is very reasonable. About 20 steps to the beach! Very easy to get cabs into town at the XO store just a few minutes up the hill. Just a few dollars for the cab to town. You can walk to the Northern PV beach clubs in about 15 minutes, another 10 or so to the Malecon. Just booked our 3rd trip back to Casa Septiembre!

Overview
The ambience is ultra exotic. Lush gardens create a private enclave, yet white sand beaches are just steps below the pool.
Artistic elements abound: polished concrete floors, collectors items, vintage photographs, Moroccan antiques, industrial design details – all create a chic, bohemian atmosphere.
The unique decor fuses Art Deco resort architecture with Old World details: Turkish rugs, religious artifacts, period pieces and imported furnishings give the villa a sophisticated European look.
The fabulous pool area is the best feature of this property. Located on one of the prettiest beaches on the Bay of Banderas, the tropical style pool cabaña is the perfect setting for entertaining, featuring outdoor living area, wet bar and grill.
The experienced staff is a plus, too. A charming waiter serves drinks pool side all afternoon; in house spa treatments available at your request - this is the part of the villa experience that makes Septiembre so wonderful.
One of the few large beachfront villas in Conchas Chinas, Septiembre is conveniently located close to Old Town Puerto Vallarta. A beach path to town makes for a lovely 15 minute walk along the breathtaking shoreline.

We booked Casa Septiembre for a family gathering to celebrate my birthday. There were 19 of us ranging in age from 75 down to 2 1/2 years. The staff was incredibly responsive to all our needs ranging from high chairs to a vegan diet for one of us. The meal menus we selected were superbly prepared and delicious. The venue is magnificent being right on the beach. The ocean was clean and the sunsets were picture perfect. The Casa was kept clean and tidy at all times by the staff although I have to admit it is beginning to show it's age a bit; but not enough so to significantly distract from the overall ambiance. Overall, a very positive and fun experience worthy of consideration for another stay in the future.
