Overview
Casa Aquamarine welcomes guests to a tastefully designed bohemian ambiance defined by the use of chukum, a soft resin obtained from a local tree and a hallmark of high-end architecture in the region. The villa has a plunge pool and an oceanfront terrace, steps away from a private beach area adorned with palm trees, sunbeds, a pergola, and a BBQ area.
The house, which features mesmerizing ocean views throughout, has four bedrooms. The Ying and Yang suites, located on the ground floor, are spacious private shrines with their own lounges. Meanwhile, the handmade décor adds to the rooms’ soothing beachside atmosphere and monochromatic flair. On the upper level, there is a two-bedroom suite that boasts an expansive balcony and a relaxing living space. On the rooftop, you will find a sprawling terrace and bar that are perfect for enjoying sunset gatherings.
Located in Soliman Bay, just 15 minutes north of Tulum, Casa Aquamarine sits on one of the most private coastal residential areas in the Riviera Maya. The bay is famous for its perennially calm waters, world-class snorkeling, and tranquil family atmosphere. Moreover, it is a stone’s throw away from the city’s vibrant atmosphere while it remains conveniently secluded in a pristine natural environment.

Please note that Casa Aquamarine does not have a full kitchen and the 3 levels are essentially 3 different apartments, like studios with small studio kitchens. The kitchen is otherwise at the back where the cook will prepare meals.

Because there is no common space inside this villa, it is recommended for groups that are not looking to share a common space indoors.
Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
